Do you need my Instagram password?
No — and we'd refuse it if offered. You authorise MaCommerce through Facebook Login, which issues us a scoped access token. You can revoke it at any moment from your Facebook settings.
What data do you keep?
Only what's needed to fulfil an order: Instagram user and comment IDs, message contents, and order references. See the Privacy Policy for the full list and retention periods.
How do I delete my data?
Follow the steps on our Data Deletion page, or email us and we'll erase everything within 30 days.
Will this get my account restricted?
MaCommerce uses Meta's official Instagram Messaging API and respects its rate limits and 24-hour reply window. No automation touches your account outside those documented endpoints.
Does it work in Persian?
Yes. Trigger words and reply templates support Persian and Arabic script, including mixed-language comments.
